Lake Tourist Hotel - Seoul

Spent my Christmas at a hotel with an excellent view of a beautiful lake. The staff was impeccable, they went above and beyond to make our stay more comfortable. The room was cozy and had heated floors which made the stay even more pleasing. The hotel was located near major attractions, we did not have to travel far to explore the city.

That the bath was not as clean as we would have liked it to be and there were no airport shuttles as advertised. It was also a bummer that breakfast was not included.

It's super base for sightseeing and exploring Seoul. We spent 2 nights in double room.

This hotel had an excellent location with a great view of the lake. The staff was very helpful, and they went beyond their duty to assist me when I was sick. The room was clean and equipped with useful amenities. it was near the Jamsil metro station, made transportation easy.

Nothing to mention.

The staff were amazing, going above and beyond to find me a doctor and arrange transportation. Convenient location, nice restroom amenities, great view over the lake, comfortable room, helpful staff, and thoughtful small details like warm floors.

Didn't dislike anything about the hotel.

The hotel is located in a prime spot, close to the beautiful lake, a great park, and a metro station. the view from the hotel's rooms is stunning and you can easily see the surroundings. Positively, the staff provide helpful service and the room is comfortable.

It could be a bit disturbing to know that some of the furniture and facilities are outdated and need refurbishment.

My daughter left her favorite blanket in the room when we checked out and moved to Myeongdong area. I asked the hotel receptionist to check with the housekeeping staff, but unfortunately, they couldn't locate it. My daughter was really upset, but the staff tried their best to help us. Despite this, our overall stay at Lake Hotel was enjoyable. The location was excellent, with Lotte World and the subway station within walking distance. The hotel was clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful.
